A few years ago I contacted Karen on a recommendation from a coworker. We had been renting and with 2 small children we were tired of having properties sold from under us and rents raised. Being a first time home buyer I was lost and overwhelmed, but Karen guided us through the process and was transparent every step of the way. The home we wanted had another offer on the same day we made our offer. Her contract was so clean we ended up having our offer accepted and within a few weeks we were moved into our first home.
